Sales Engineer – Bearings - #1121923

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in various industrial & automotive sectors

• Provide expert consultation on bearing selection, usage, and maintenance for applications ranging from rotating machinery to high-speed systems

• Collaborate with engineering teams to customize solutions based on performance needs and technical specifications

• Prepare competitive quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals in line with commercial targets

• Conduct technical presentations and product training for clients and internal stakeholders

• Explore emerging markets and suggest sales strategies for expansion

• Maintain post-sales engagement to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention

Qualifications & Skills

• Polytechnic diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering

• Proven track record in technical sales, preferably in bearings or mechanical components

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

• Sound understanding of bearing types, tolerances, load ratings, and lubrication methods

• CRM proficiency and experience creating technical documentation
