Finance Manager - Operation / FP&A
5 days (Monday-Friday)
Location: Loyang
Basic Salary: $8500 - $11000

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage overall accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Supervise day-to-day finance activities, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and operational goals.

• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, cost, and project analysis.

• Monitor performance against budget, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.

• Conduct financial analysis to identify growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Provide financial insights to management and board for strategic decision-making, and drive process improvements.

Requirements:

• FP&A or financial accounting, with budgeting and modelling skills.

• Hands-on experience in managing accounting operations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.

• Manufacturing Industry
