Key Responsibilities
IT Coordination & Support: Provide first-level helpdesk assistance (e.g., basic troubleshooting, software access, account setup) and coordinate with external vendors for advanced issues. Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and related documentation.
Procurement & Administration: Manage quotations, purchasing, and budgeting for IT and communications needs. Ensure records and reports are accurate and up to date.
Communications & Creative Support: Assist in drafting of internal announcements, reports, and presentations. Update and maintain company social media pages and website with relevant content and visuals when necessary.
Event & Team Support: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, from logistics to communication materials and on-site support.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma holder (No formal IT qualification required but should be IT savvy and have basic knowledge of computers.)
Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good writing, editing, and communication skills.
Organised, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Willingness to learn basic IT troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors.
A creative flair and comfort working with social media or basic website content management tools.
