Test Research Inc. (TRI), headquartered in Taiwan, is a leading provider of test and inspection solutions for the electronics manufacturing industry. As part of our strategic expansion in Southeast Asia, we are establishing a new branch in Singapore to better serve our regional clients and partners.
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Administrator who will play a key role in setting up and supporting daily operations of our new Singapore branch from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in setting up the new branch office in Singapore, including liaising with local authorities, legal, banking, and service providers.
Provide full administrative and operational support to the team.
Coordinate office logistics such as rental agreements, office furnishing, and utilities setup.
Maintain proper documentation and records for compliance and audits.
Assist in HR-related tasks such as recruitment coordination, payroll support, and onboarding.
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
Support the General Manager or regional head with ad-hoc tasks and reporting.
Requirements
Singapore citizen or valid permit holder eligible to work in Singapore.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.
Proven experience (2–5 years) in administrative, office management, or operations roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
