Infant Educarer - #1121910
Greentree Montessori
Job Overview:
At Greentree, every teacher is a trusted professional who accompanies children through their earliest and most important years. As an Infant Educarer, you will care for and guide infants aged 2 to 18 months, fostering security, confidence, and curiosity through calm, respectful, and developmentally appropriate practice.
Teaching at Greentree goes far beyond the classroom. Our educators are leaders in education — from designing innovative curriculum and creating bespoke learning materials, to organising large-scale events such as education conferences.
Our teachers are not confined to a single age group. We work as a unified professional community. Educators may follow their children as they grow into toddler and preschool stages, ensuring continuity of care and learning across the entire early childhood journey.
Beyond daily routines, you’ll build partnerships with families, contribute to a supportive team culture, and explore opportunities for professional growth. At Greentree, infant educators are trusted, empowered, and recognised as professionals who set the foundation for lifelong learning.
