Duties & Responsibilities 

• Responsible for the management of assigned projects in security systems such as CCTV Surveillance System, Intrusion Detection System, Electronics Access Control System, Audio/Video Intercom System, etc

• Responsible for the implementation of installation, testing and commissioning of the security systems as per customer requirements within budget and delivery schedule commitments.

• Attend site meetings to monitor status of projects.

• To liaise with Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, Interior Designers, etc to provide accurate feedback on the progress of works, technical compliance to specifications and variation claims.

• Procurement of materials and delivery to site in a timely manner in accordance to site progress and within project’s budget.

• Conduct detailed training to customers on the operational use of the installed, security systems.

• Ensure subcontractors on-site perform the work in accordance with the approved drawings and instructions as appropriate.

• Ensure shop drawings, floor plan drawings and single line diagrams are correctly updated for each project before handing over to Maintenance Department.

• Respond to and manage customer feedback/complaints and take corrective/preventive action.

• Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders on progress reports, forecasts, technical problems encountered, etc.

Skills & Experience 

• Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering related or IT Computer Science / networking related with 2 years of working experience

• Excellent project and people management skills

• Hands-on project execution and management experience.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

• Good working knowledge on IP data network
