Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and integrate IoT devices, sensors, controllers, and gateways for smart facilities or field systems.

• Enable communication between edge devices and backend platforms using APIs, industrial protocols, or middleware.

• Perform functional and performance checks to ensure accurate data, reliable connections, and safety compliance.

• Assist with on-site installation, system setup, troubleshooting, and commissioning for projects like weighbridge kiosks, monitoring systems, or automated storage solutions.

• Maintain records of configurations, wiring layouts, and testing procedures.

• Coordinate with software, analytics, and project teams, and work with vendors to confirm hardware and API/SDK specifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering.

• 1–2 years’ experience in IoT, automation, instrumentation, or embedded systems integration (preferred but not mandatory).

• Knowledge of network protocols such as Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and TCP/IP.

• Familiarity with serial or industrial communication (RS-485, Modbus, CAN, I/O).

• Basic understanding of APIs or data-exchange tools for connectivity testing.
