Finance Executive, Audit and Grant Matters for Overseas Programmes (Polytechnic) - #1121861

This position will start off as about 11 months contract.

Location:
Nanyang Polytechnic (At Yio Chu Kang)

Duties:

• Provide support on audit and grant matters for Overseas Programmes including coordinating responses for audit queries and overseeing the preparation and submission of documentation.

• Support the development and refinement of grant and funding processes within Centre for Student Support & International Relations (CSSIR) including development of templates, SOPs and identifying areas for automation.

• Work with schools to ensure pre and post trip documentation for grant submission is accurate, complete and compliant.

• Impart accounting and finance knowledge to CSSIR colleagues to build capacity and to streamline existing finance related processes.
  

Working Hour:

Mon to Thu 8.30am to 6pm, Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary:

$4500
