PRIMARY KPI & SUCCESS INDICATOR

  • Maintain minimum conversion rate of leads vs closure

  • Provide professional customer experience through clear verbal and written communication skills

  • Persuasive personality and strong desire to make the sales


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Showcase Company inventories upon customers’ request

  • Deliver accurate information, introduce our Company’s brand value along with our sales promo to customers

  • Sell all related products and services to customers

  • Provide test drive safety instructions and a solid customer experience

  • Provide accurate financing calculations

  • Provide end-to-end sales related service and follow-ups


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level

  • At least 2 years’ sales experience (car sales preferred)

  • Singapore Class 3/3A driving license (preferred but not compulsory)

  • Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office

  • Able to communicate effectively
