DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify leads, securing new business opportunities and developing positive, long-term relationships with clients.
Prepare, issue and follow up on sales proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and the attraction’s profitability guidelines.
Recommend and execute sales initiatives that drive visitation and meet budgeted revenue goals.
Conduct onsite inspections, familiarisation trips, and the preparation and execution of events to enhance guest experience and satisfaction.
Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of event requirements in collaboration with technical, operations, and F&B teams.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of sales and promotional materials.
Update, document and implement standard operating procedures for all booking and sales processes.
Performs other duties as assigned by the management.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Minimum diploma holder.
At least 2 years of experience in corporate and event sales, business development or customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Proactive, results-oriented and committed to achieving sales targets.
