Job description:
To provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of operations
Perform monthly maintenance for hardwares on site
On rotational 24/7 standby to attend any site issues during after office hours and weekends
Responding to client phone calls, emails, messages promptly
Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues on site
Install, configure and maintain hardwares devices and software applications
Maintaining good client relations
Track and manage faults reports
Support project team during new project deployment
Communicating with clients to ensure that services are delivered effectively
Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback to management
Job Qualifications:
Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in IT or any related technical discipline
Experience in Windows & Linux Operating System
Experience hands on with Raspberry PI and UP board hardwares added advantage
Willingness to travel.
Ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
Ability to remain professional under pressure.
Able to work independently
