Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations to ensure smooth company workflow.
Handle full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, including coordination of probation, confirmation, and annual review exercises.
Maintain accurate employee data and records in the HR system, and prepare monthly attendance and manpower reports.
Assist in payroll coordination, leave tracking, and compliance with MOM, CPF, and IRAS requirements.
Support employee engagement, performance reviews, and training programs.
Contribute to HR initiatives, internal audits, and continuous process improvement.
Uphold company policies and operational standards, and perform ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced service or logistics environment.
Familiar with Singapore employment laws and HR systems.
Strong organizational and people skills, with attention to detail and discretion.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively across functions.
