We’re searching for a Snr Service Delivery Manager to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS!
Overview
The Senior Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing IT service operations to ensure reliable, efficient, and customer-focused delivery of IT services across the organization. In addition to the standard SDM responsibilities, this role will lead and manage a large-scale central PC imaging facility, ensuring all imaging processes are optimized, stock movements are accurately tracked, and compliance with organizational policies is maintained.
What will you do?
Service Delivery Management
· Lead and manage day-to-day IT service operations, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
· Act as the primary point of escalation for service-related issues and drive resolution within agreed timelines.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT services with business objectives.
· Monitor service performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Central PC Imaging Facility Management
· Oversee end-to-end PC imaging processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
· Manage imaging schedules to support large-scale deployment and refresh projects.
· Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for imaging, testing, and quality assurance.
Inventory & Asset Management
· Ensure accurate tracking of all inbound and outbound IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
· Maintain real-time inventory records in accordance with company asset management policies.
· Conduct regular audits of IT stock and reconcile discrepancies.
· Work closely with procurement, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely availability and distribution of devices.
Leadership & Governance
· Manage and mentor a team of IT staff assigned to service delivery and imaging operations.
· Establish governance processes to ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and audit requirements.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives across service delivery and facility operations.
The ideal candidate should possess:
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
5–7 years of IT project management experience
Valid ITIL Foundation certification
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Positive, can-do attitude with strong interpersonal skills
Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving
