We’re looking for a Garment Pattern Maker with a strong background in hotel uniforms and made-to-measure tailoring to join our growing technical team.

As a Garment Pattern Maker at TENFOLD, you will be responsible for developing precise, production-ready patterns that bring our design concepts to life. You will collaborate closely with designers, tailors, and production partners to ensure exceptional fit, comfort, and performance across our uniform collections and custom-made garments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate first patterns based on design sketches, technical packs, or sample garments.

• Create and adjust patterns for hotel uniforms, corporate wear, and made-to-measure garments, ensuring a balance between style and practicality.

• Conduct fittings and make necessary alterations to achieve the desired fit and silhouette.

• Translate individual measurements into accurate made-to-measure patterns.

• Work closely with the sample and production teams to troubleshoot construction or fit issues.

• Ensure consistency of pattern quality and sizing across collections.

• Maintain proper documentation, version control, and organized pattern libraries.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of pattern-making experience, with proven work in hotel uniforms, corporate wear, or made-to-measure tailoring.

• Strong technical understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fit.

• Meticulous attention to detail and precision in measurements and grading.

• Able to collaborate effectively with designers, tailors, and clients.

• Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

• Only Singaporeans , Permanent Resident or Malaysians.
