Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients, particularly large organizations.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment industry.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.

  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to increase visibility and attract new clients.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients.

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, with a focus on engaging with senior-level decision-makers.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

  • Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
