1. Position Overview 

Safran Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior PMO to join our Project Management Office organization within the Aircraft Engines Support & Services Division. In this role, you will drive best‐in‐class project governance and methodology for two critical projects based in Singapore, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.


2. Reporting & Organization 

- Reports to: Project Management Office Director, Support & Services Division and Regional Delegate (specific project)

- Direct Reports: none 

  Internal stakeholders:

  - Project Managers (MRO & Certification streams) 

  - Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain 

  - Finance, Commercial, Real Estate, M&A teams, Singapore site CEOs/CFOs/Finance/Procurement

  -   External stakeholders: External Partners, Vendors and Regulatory bodies 


 3. Scope & Responsibilities:

 3.1 Project Governance & Methodology 

- Lead the full PMO lifecycle (initiation → planning → execution → monitoring → closure) for multiple, concurrent projects, one of them being a LEAP engine MRO initiative. 

- Define, deploy, and continuously improve standard processes, templates, KPIs, and reporting dashboards (throught PowerBI and oSmoz tools). 

- Facilitate Steering Committee meetings: prepare consolidated status reports, risk/issue logs, decisions, and action items.

- In addition to his/her Project Management role, the Senior PMO Manager will also assist the Regional Delegate in building the Business Case of assigned project together with the Safran Companies established in ASEAN, Safran Group and the local Authorities

3.2 Planning & Control 

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource histograms, financial forecasts and business cases. 

- Track milestones, costs, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements (EASA / CAAS). 

- Monitor budgets and manage cost‐control processes; escalate variances and propose corrective actions.

 3.3 Stakeholder Management 

- Proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and drive timely resolutions. 

- Provide transparent, concise reporting to executive leadership on project health (technical, schedule, financial). 

- Mentor and support Project Managers on best practices, risk mitigation, and performance optimization.

 3.4 Continuous Improvement & PMO Leadership 

- Identify process gaps and lead cross-functional workshops to embed lessons learned. 

- Champion digital tools and automation to streamline reporting and reduce administrative overhead. 

- Coach and develop PMO junior team members; foster a culture of accountability and excellence.


4. Required Qualifications 

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Business, or related technical discipline. Preferably Master’s degree or PMP / Prince2 Practitioner certification. 

- 10+ years of project/program management experience, with at least 5 years in a PMO leadership role. Preferably  exposure to multi-million-dollar aerospace programs and experience working within Singapore or ASEAN regulatory frameworks. 

- Proven track record in aerospace MRO projects—preferably Entry Into Service (EIS) or certification of LEAP engines. 

- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, contract management. 

- Expert in MS Excel, PowerPoint; hands-on with Power BI and oSmoz (or equivalent PMO tools). 

- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across multicultural environments.

5.Other Details

- Location: Singapore (hybrid work arrangements possible) 

- Travel: Up to 15% travel (France, around twice a year)
