Drafter / BIM Coordinator (Construction)

Salary: Up to $5,000 basic + variable bonus
Location: Tagore Ln, Singapore 787502
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (6 days/week)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drafter / BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and managing detailed technical drawings, BIM models, and construction documentation to support seamless coordination between architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and clash-free designs throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D BIM models for construction, fabrication, and coordination purposes.

• Update and maintain as-built drawings and project documentation.

• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.

• Develop, manage, and integrate BIM models from multiple disciplines including architectural, structural, and M&E.

• Conduct clash detection and resolve design discrepancies using BIM tools.

• Support digital construction processes such as 4D/5D BIM when required.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.

• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and present clash reports.

• Maintain accurate drawing and model libraries adhering to company standards.

• Implement and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific protocols.

• Monitor quality control procedures and project timelines to ensure delivery standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Certified BIM professional.

• 2 years’ experience in AutoCAD drafting and Autodesk Revit modeling.

• Ability to read and interpret working drawings across architecture, structural, and M&E disciplines.
