Purchasing Executive [ Lead / Senior ]

Basic Salary: $4000 - $4500

Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier onboarding for local and overseas vendors.

• Generate, validate, and update purchase orders in the procurement system according to project requirements.

• Review, compare, and approve products and services while ensuring compliance with procurement procedures.

• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery of materials and equipment.

• Monitor shipment status and coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth delivery schedules.

• Maintain and update supplier contracts, records, and inventory for efficient stock control.

• Prepare and issue quotations, purchase orders, and tax invoices to support procurement and project operations.

• Support project teams and management with ad-hoc procurement tasks and supplier-related issues.

Requirements:

• Proficient in purchasing processes

• Able to manage communication and coordination with suppliers in China

• Good teamwork with ability to lead a team of purchasing assistant
