Oversee and manage daily technological operations across clients properties.
Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth system performance, uptime, and quick issue resolution.
Conduct regular and refresher training sessions at various malls and corporate buildings to maintain operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and support business decisions.
Perform random spot checks on technologies, response times, and compliance with service standards.
Prepare detailed operational and performance reports for clients on a scheduled basis.
Respond promptly to client requests and provide professional solutions for all technology-related issues.
Deliver structured training sessions for clients to improve system usage and understanding.
Maintain close communication with vendors to coordinate servicing, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Manage and update the internal operations website to provide real-time data visibility for all sites.
Oversee multiple concurrent projects and priorities while ensuring consistent service quality across all properties.
Handle day-to-day IT support requests within the office environment, ensuring minimal downtime.
Carry out feasibility study for implementation of data sensors in clients promises
Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in IT support, systems management, or IoT-related projects.
Knowledge of IoT communication protocols and cloud-based IoT platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
Strong understanding of networking, cloud storage, and cybersecurity.
Familiarity with smart cleaning systems, digital attendance tools, or building management systems (BMS) is a plus.
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, sensors, and connectivity issues
Experience integrating IoT systems with workforce management or client reporting platforms.Knowledge of mobile device management and cloud services for multi-site operations.
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
Strong communication and coordination skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
Proactive in problem-solving and implementing new technologies.
Able to commence on short notice
