The role

We are seeking a fresh or experienced Sales Engineer to join our growing team at ADL Control (S) Pte Ltd. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and sales support to customers, with a focus on delivering customized automation and control solutions. This is a full-time role based in our office in the Mandai Estate North Region.

Key responsibilities

1. Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions

2. Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to customer needs

3. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop custom automation and control solutions

4. Provide pre-sales support, product demonstrations, and on-site installations

5. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitors

7. Contribute to the overall sales strategy and growth of the business

What we're looking for

1. Only Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residency can apply

2. Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Computer Engineering

3. Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the automation or control systems industry. Fresh graduated is welcome

4. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of automation and control technologies

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients

6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs

7. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team

8. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
