Our Client:

• Mon – Fri, Office Hours

• Basic up $3800 + VB 

Responsibilities:

• Manage supplies, inventory, vendors, correspondence, scheduling, and document filing

• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow, monitor processes, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

• Support onboarding, maintain employee records, manage leave and attendance, and help with training and staff activities

• Handle overtime, purchase requests, reimbursements, and coordinate with vendors for procurement and contracts

Requirements:

• Min NITEC in Business Administration, Management or related field

• Min 1 year of experience in administrative or operations

• Only Singaporean may apply
