Job Highlights

Our client is a global advanced precision engineering & manufacturing solutions provider. 

 Responsibilities

• Business & Operational Support: Collaborate closely with operational teams to provide strategic HR support

• Payroll: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with statutory regulations and company policies

• Recruitment: Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle

• Employee Retention: Build and manage strategies to keep employees engaged and reduce turnover

• Employee Engagement: Help resolve employee issues and provide advice on performance and discipline

 Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent qualification

• 3-5 years of HR working experience especially payroll and key HR operations, preferably in Manufacturing industry

• Can start work immediately or at a short notice
