Job Descriptions of Accounts and Administrative Executive
Responsible for assistance in maintaining full set of accounts;
To assist and work closely with boss on the cash flow allocations and forecasts;
To in charge of the payment cert and manage sub contractor’s budget;
To assist for submission of procurement management when instructed to;
To assist in Human Resources tasks when instructed to;
Monitor the aging of receivables and follow-up on collections;
Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements of accounts and ensure payments are processed timely;
Other accounts and administrative related works as instructed;
Build and maintain positive relationships with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Authorities, all Contractors, suppliers and any other relevant personnel;
Maintains an organized workplace;
To work as part of a team;
Administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, answering of phone calls, filling & documentation, etc.;
To undertake any other such tasks as may be assigned from time to time by your immediate supervisor.
Alternate Saturday workday applies.
