Our client is seeking a Technician (Machine Shop/QA) to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Technician to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of components in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for creating and following standard Zeiss CMM programs, inspecting components, and maintaining existing programs. What you'll be doing?

• Create and follow standard programs: Develop and adhere to Zeiss CMM programs for inspecting components.

• Inspect and troubleshoot: Inspect production and first-article parts, and work with engineers to troubleshoot inspection methods.

• Maintain and update programs: Keep existing Zeiss CMM programs up to date and compliant with company standards.

• Ensure compliance: Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to the Section Leader.

Who are they looking for?

• Education and experience: GCE 'O' Level or Nitec Certificate and above, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in operating and programming Zeiss CMM.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in using Zeiss CMM and other measurement equipment, with a good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance.
