Customer Service Officer | $4k | Semiconductor Industry - #1121608

• Basic from $2,500 to $4,000 + Variable Bonus

• Monday – Friday, am – pm

• Location: Ang Mo Kio

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support to corporate clients, managing their orders and requests from start to finish.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including quotation requests, service support, and documentation needs.

• Prepare and submit quotations to customers in a timely manner.

• Submit necessary documents through customers’ respective management systems.

• Proactively keep customers informed on order status and shipment schedules.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date spare parts price lists for customers.

• Coordinate and liaise with customers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to fulfil orders and ensure timely shipment execution.

• Prepare and provide documentation to assist customers with customs-related queries.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and implement solutions effectively.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience.

• Proficient in Mandarin & English to communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates.

• High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

• Experience handling multiple projects or tasks with short deadlines is an advantage.
