Job Description

• Leading and overall management of the project department in the execution of projects.

• Provide leadership, direction and guidance to the project team and managing risks for the successful conclusion of projects.

• Oversees multiple projects and managing resources to ensure projects are progressing on time and within budget.

• Responsible for sourcing and monitoring M&E projects for the company.

• Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and labourers etc.

• Propose M&E projects/business plan and obtain necessary budget/investment approval.

• Monitor the time schedule, quality, and cost control for the projects.

• Prepare and execute contingency plan for any unforeseeable situation.

• Organize and direct Company’s resources, personnel, and facilities as and when required, to manage the projects efficiently and effectively.

• Report regularly to Head Office on the progress of different projects.

• Handle ad hoc assignments or tasks as required.

Requirement

• Work experience as a director of engineering or in a similar senior-level position at an engineering department.

• Extensive experience with cloud technologies and modern human-computer interfaces.

• MEP Experienced preferred

• Data Centre background and experience

• Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development.

• Good understanding of agile methodologies.

• Leadership abilities with a strategic mind.

• Excellent project management skills.

• BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field.
