Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer support mainly via calls, and other channels such as email, live chat, and walk-ins.
Manage escalations and feedback, ensuring proper follow-through to resolution.
Support night shift duties and Hong Kong desk coverage on a rotational basis.
Contribute to process improvements and customer experience initiatives.
Meet performance KPIs and maintain professional conduct at all times.
Perform general administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Min 1 year of relevant working experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service-related role.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and computer / smartphone applications / navigation.
Bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
