Resupply Management Executive - #1121588

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with external vendors on the procurement of medication and supplies

• Research and compare alternative medications to support management decisions on drug selection

• Analyse data relating to drug usage, stock levels and expiry of medication to ensure prompt replenishment and redistribution

• Support clinical services by stocking, assembling, and distributing medication

• Optimise the level of inventory to ensure availability, prevent overstocking, while minimising wastage

• Communicate and collaborate with the clinics on all matters pertaining to medications

• Conduct regular assessments on work processes to improve operational efficiency and workflow

• Monitor and collate statistics and key performance indicators with regard to procurement and management of drug inventory.

• Perform stocktake and resolve any discrepancies between physical counts and records in the system

• Guide and monitor clinics on optimal drug placement layout and reduce expired drugs

• Present monthly reports and initiatives to the management team

• Perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in the related field

• At least a diploma in any discipline

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of medication is a plus

• Experienced in the Healthcare/Medical care industry will be an advantage

• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills

• Able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a passion for improving operations
