Key Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for large-scale IT systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
Lead end-to-end system implementation and process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
Perform gap analysis between business needs and current system functionality, providing recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system architects, and project managers, to deliver successful system integrations and enhancements.
Create detailed documentation including Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), Functional Specifications, and System Design Documentation.
Develop test cases, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure that the system meets the agreed requirements.
Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights to business leaders, helping them optimize operations and enhance decision-making.
Manage system performance metrics and provide recommendations for system optimization.
Ensure proper user training and support for the adoption of new systems and features.
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery of business solutions.
Support the continuous improvement of business processes through innovative use of IT systems.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field from a reputable university.
Experience: Minimum 3 years and up to 5 years of relevant work experience in IT business analysis, particularly with large-scale systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or other enterprise-level platforms.
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
Proven experience in system implementation, data analysis, and business process optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders across different teams and levels.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to relocate and work in Singapore at the UOE Centre.
Desirable Skills
Experience with other enterprise systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or ERP platforms.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Salesforce Certification or SAP Certification would be advantageous.
