IT Business Analyst - #1121577

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for large-scale IT systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).

• Lead end-to-end system implementation and process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.

• Perform gap analysis between business needs and current system functionality, providing recommendations for improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system architects, and project managers, to deliver successful system integrations and enhancements.

• Create detailed documentation including Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), Functional Specifications, and System Design Documentation.

• Develop test cases, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure that the system meets the agreed requirements.

• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights to business leaders, helping them optimize operations and enhance decision-making.

• Manage system performance metrics and provide recommendations for system optimization.

• Ensure proper user training and support for the adoption of new systems and features.

• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery of business solutions.

• Support the continuous improvement of business processes through innovative use of IT systems.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field from a reputable university.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years and up to 5 years of relevant work experience in IT business analysis, particularly with large-scale systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or other enterprise-level platforms.

• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.

• Proven experience in system implementation, data analysis, and business process optimization.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders across different teams and levels.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to relocate and work in Singapore at the UOE Centre.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with other enterprise systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or ERP platforms.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

• Salesforce Certification or SAP Certification would be advantageous.
