Job Description
Liaise with clients, shipping lines, co-loaders, and overseas agents on export and cross-trade shipments
Handle incoming calls and enquiries related to the company’s freight forwarding services
Prepare and submit permit declarations using Singapore Customs Tradenet /Trade Palette systems (Permit declaration)
Support daily operations and perform other ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or shipping industry
Team player with positive mindset
Work collaboratively within the team, maintaining a positive and cheerful attitude
