Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner for office and company's apartments.

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays - 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Able to commit to 9:00 AM to 6:00PM when required


We need:

  • High standards of cleanliness

  • Reliable and punctual


Key Responsibilities

Office Cleaning

  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting.

  • Clean and sanitise all surfaces in pantry areas, meeting rooms and workstations.

  • Wipe and maintain all glass panels and surfaces.

  • Manage shredding disposal, ensuring that materials are shredded properly and bins are emptied as needed.

  • Dispose of rubbish and replace bin liners as needed.

  • Wash cutleries or dinnerware left in the sink.

  • Maintain cleanliness of the microwave and refrigerator, discarding expired or unwanted food items.

  • Prepare and serve beverages (e.g, tea, coffee, water) for guests during meetings or office visits.

  • Ensure office’s waste disposal is disposed in accordance to building’s regulations.


Plant Care

  • Water and maintain office plants according to the care schedule.

  • Check plant health regularly and remove wilted leaves.

  • Clean plant saucers and surrounding areas to prevent water spillage.

  • Report any unhealthy plants that may need replacement or special care.


Apartment Cleaning (At least once a month)

  • Head over to the company’s apartments at Holland Village to clean and prepare living spaces before bosses fly over to Singapore.

  • Vacuum the carpet thoroughly to remove dust, dirt and debris and mop hard floor areas to maintain cleanliness and a safe, hygienic environment.

  • Dust and wipe down all surfaces such as tables, shelves, ledges, windowsills, skirting boards and furniture.

  • Wash cutleries and dinnerware found in the sink.

  • Empty all rubbish bins and replace liners as needed.

  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors and floor areas.

  • Spot clean walls, doors and glass panels to remove fingerprints, stains or smudges.

  • Change and wash bed linens and pillowcases.

  • Report any maintenance issues, damages or cleaning supply shortages to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

  • Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

  • Able to commit to 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM when required.

  • Prior experience in office or residential cleaning preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail with high standards of cleanliness.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Reliable and punctual, with flexibility in working hours when needed.

  • Good communication skills to handle tasks and report issues.

  • Able to work independently and follow instructions.

  • Able to communicate in Chinese and/or English.

  • Physically fit for cleaning and plant care tasks.

  • Willing to travel to company’s apartments when needed (at least once a month).

  • Candidates must meet legal requirements to work in Singapore without sponsorship.

  • Eligible for medical and annual leave as per statutory guidelines.
