Job Description:

  • Manage full recruitment process including sourcing for candidates, posting job advertisements, interviewing, profiling, and talent management

  • Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with clients, candidates & other collaborators

  • Place candidates out to clients to assist in their staffing requirements

  • Manage job offer closure and salary negotiation process

  • Work closely with clients for business development and account management


What we are looking for:

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline

  • A team player who enjoys interacting with people, sales-driven and works well in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
