We are looking for a dynamic and energetic team-player who is keen to join and grow with our team as a Manager, IT Project Management.
Reporting to the Head of IT and Data Governance, the incumbent supports DPH in the areas of planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT and digital transformation projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
Job Scope:
1. IT Operations Oversight
• Manage daily IT operations to ensure service availability, system performance, and security
• Supervise IT support activities, incident response, and process improvements
• Enforce IT policies, SOPs, and asset management procedures
• Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity measures
2. IT Audit & Compliance
• Lead IT audit readiness and support external/internal audit processes
• Maintain documentation for access controls, backup protocols, and change management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, DPTM) and security standards
3. Project Management & Implementation
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, including requirements gathering, execution, and deployment
• Oversee implementation of CRM, SharePoint, workflow tools, and procurement systems
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and risk management plans
• Drive user engagement, training, and system adoption across departments
4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Act as liaison between internal teams, vendors, and implementation partners
• Evaluate vendor proposals, manage contracts, and ensure service-level performance
• Align technical solutions with business needs and regulatory compliance
5. Budgeting & Reporting
• Develop project budgets and track financial performance against forecasts
• Support IT budget planning and capital expenditure justifications
• Report project status, risks, and post-implementation outcomes to leadership
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3 to 4 years of experience in IT project management, systems implementation, or operations support
• Hands-on experience implementing systems such as Salesforce, SharePoint, workflow automation tools, and/or procurement solutions
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred
• Familiarity with IT audit preparation and regulatory compliance standards
• Certification in Data Governance, ITIL, or related frameworks is an added advantage
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and team coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
This position will initially be offered as a 2-year contract and can expect up to $7,000 per month.
