Working Hours (Morning / Afternoon / Night Shift)

1. Mon to Fri 0830 – 1815 (Morning Shift)

2. Mon to Fri 0730 – 1715 (Morning Shift)

3. Monday to Friday – 1315 to 2300 (Afternoon Shift)

4. Monday to Friday – 1100 to 2045 (Afternoon Shift)

5. Monday to Friday - 2030 to 0615 (Night Shift)

6. Monday to Friday - 2000 – 0545 (Night Shift)

7. 4 days: Wed to Sat 2030 - 0830 (Night Shift)

(Can choose)

(Entitled shift allowance)

Working Location: East

Interview Location: Expo (walking distance from mrt)

Company transport provided from Aft Pasir Ris St 53, Ang Mo Kio, Bedok, Punggol, Sengkang, Tanah Merah, Tampines, Tampines East, Jurong East Venture Avenue 

Basic Salary $2400 - $3200 based on experience in logistics documentation + OT, gross up to $3500 or more 
 

Responsibilities:

• To ensure that working documents are progressed and archived with proper recording / filing system
• To ensure the timely and accurate administration / transaction of inbound and outbound shipments and as per internal / external KPI requirements.

• To ensure that customer’s inbound and outbound shipments are coordinated / transacted as per procedures / work instructions
• To coordinate with forwarder / transporter in the arrangement of inbound and outbound shipments.

• To work closely with operations team in area of inbound, outbound and inventory related tasks..
• To perform cycle count administration and general administration support to the operations team.
• To compile and submit routine operations data as per instructed.

• Other ad hoc been assigned

Requirements

• At Least 1 year's experience in handling warehouse documents 

• Familiar with MS Office, WMS, SAP

• Comfortable to perform OT when required
