Project Manager is to manage multi-millions Bungalow, Detached Houses & Landed Properties.

The Opportunity:

• Work Hours: Mon to Fri
• $5,000 - $6,000 Basic + Bonus

Adecco is partnering with a Private Real Estate and Investment Management Company focusing on Bungalow, Detached Houses & Landed Properties.

The Job:

• Project Planning & Feasibility - Lead feasibility studies and concept proposals in line with URA zoning, coordinating with consultants to evaluate project viability, financial returns, and alignment with investment objectives.
• Budgeting & Financial Control - Establish and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flows while ensuring compliance with procurement, audit, and fund reporting requirements.
• Design & Construction Oversight - Drive end-to-end project execution, from design submissions and tendering to construction supervision, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion with all authority approvals.
• Stakeholder & Investor Relations - Serve as the key liaison for fund managers, JV partners, consultants, and authorities, supporting audits, due diligence, and investor communications.
• Risk & Compliance Governance - Identify and mitigate project risks while upholding ESG, PDPA, and regulatory standards, maintaining full compliance with fund governance protocols.
• Asset Delivery & Exit Planning - Manage handover, operational readiness, and marketing support for leasing or divestment, contributing to exit strategy and performance reviews.
• Leadership & Process Excellence - Foster collaboration across teams, implement project management frameworks, and champion continuous improvement for operational efficiency and reporting accuracy

The Talent:

• Degree in Architecture or relevant discipline
• 2 - 5 years Project Management experience in Bungalow, Detached Houses & Landed Properties
