Location: Clarke Quay
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
Independently manage the annual submission process and charity portal updates, including planning, communicating with charities, and providing guidance.
Oversee the registration and ongoing compliance of charities and IPCs by processing applications, analyzing financial statements and documentation, and preparing comprehensive assessments for approval or rejection.
Perform duties related to sector regulation work, such as conducting screenings and assisting with enforcement actions when required.
Handle ad-hoc operational or compliance tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Able to read financial statements and conduct basic financial analysis.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Able to work independently, exercise initiative, and pay attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of legal and accounting principles is an added advantage.
