Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Source candidates by creating job advertisements
Interview and screen job applicants
Assist in the coordination and management of recruitment projects, including verifying of candidate submitted documents, and maintaining accurate records. (Recruitment or sales involved)
Support the team with onboarding procedures for placed candidates.
Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate information.
General Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment team.
Maintain organized filing systems and databases.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
