M&E Coordinator (LTA Projects)_ Up till $5500 basic + Variable Bonus

Working Location: Changi Airport
Working Days/Timings: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturday, 8.30am to 12.30pm

Responsibilities:

Co-ordinates with consultants, sub-contractor, clients and other on all M&E matters, ensuring compliance in requirements, specifications and ensure project is on schedule
Maintaining and developing good working relationships with internal and external customers
Attend Coordinating Meeting
Arrangement of work accordingly to work programs
Monitor work progress and feedback to Project Manager

Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/Building Services
Well versed in Building and M&E Installation
Able to plan and handle drawings details
At least 5 years of working experience in LTA projects.
Knowledge in Auto Cad, BIM, Revit is preferred
