Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage operations at a recreational facility. The role involves overseeing counter operations, maintaining facilities and equipment, managing facility bookings, handling inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will liaise with various departments to address maintenance needs, provide excellent customer service, and uphold operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and close facilities during operating hours (Mon–Fri: 9am–9pm; Sat: 9am–7pm). - shift will be assigned
Handle inquiries from users while adhering to service guidelines.
Conduct weekly facility and equipment checks, arrange maintenance, and ensure cleanliness.
Manage facility bookings and prepare facilities for scheduled use.
Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock checks, and replenish items as needed.
Report faults promptly and liaise with contractors for repairs.
Requirements:
Preferably experience in facilities management, customer service, or related fields.
Ability to work independently and handle physical tasks (e.g., moving equipment).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
