Position: Site Co Ordinator

Work Location : WaterHub (82 Toh Guan Road East #C4-16, Singapore 608576) / Or any other PUB office as instructed by Board

Shift Timing: Monday to Friday (8.30 AM to 6.00 PM )

Salary : $3000

Start Date: Nov 2025

Job Responsibilities:

The Construction Site Co-ordination Team provided by the Contractor shall carry out administrative work relating to construction site inspections and DTSS1 surveillance.

* Generate SIPs and identify the list of sewers within the land parcels of projects approved by BCA or any other construction projects, using PUB’s Geographical Information System (GIS). As such, the Site Co-ordinators provided by the Contractor shall attend training sessions carried out by PUB in using GIS.

* Gather, maintain and update records on projects approved by BCA, site inspections carried out by the Construction Site Inspection Teams, Protection of Water Pipe & Sewer (POWS) submission made by QPs and subsequent approvals given by PUB.

* Liaise with the Board’s staff, the Construction Site Inspection Teams, and QPs / Builders to gather relevant information, compile and prepare monthly report in the format requested by the Board. The Site Co-ordinator shall call / contact using office phones or through emails as required by the Board.

* Liaise with the Board’s staff, the Construction Site Inspection Teams and QPs / Builders to gather information (e.g. schedules, follow ups, non-compliance etc.) pertaining to sewers affected by construction projects / civil engineering works. The Site Co-ordinator shall call / contact using office phones or through emails as required by the Board.

* Assist the Board’s staff in preparing the materials for public education briefings. This shall include the generation of names (BCA listing) of QPs / Builders to be invited, preparation of the hardcopy invitations to be sent to the QPs / Builders to attend the public education briefing and maintaining the RSVP records.
