We are seeking an Offer Marketing Manager (Product & Solution Marketing) to define and execute go-to-market and solution strategies. The successful candidate will bridge technology, marketing and sales to promote differentiated modular infrastructure solutions, working closely with engineering and commercial teams to accelerate adoption across Southeast Asia.

Role Overview:
The Offer Marketing Manager bridges technology, marketing, and sales to define and promote market-differentiated solutions. This role is key in driving commercialization, market success, and solution adoption by connecting customer insights with business strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define offer positioning, value proposition, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to drive business growth.
- Conduct market intelligence, customer insights, and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure solutions meet customer and market needs.
- Develop marketing materials, sales enablement tools, and solution messaging to support field execution.
- Support new product introductions, solution launches, and campaign activities.
- Measure offer performance and recommend improvements to strengthen market positioning.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B solution marketing, product marketing, or offer management.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential to manage communications and media relations with regional teams and partners across China and Southeast Asia.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills with a commercial mindset.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a technical or solutions-driven environment.
