As part of our team, you’ll analyse market trends, address challenges head-on, and present tailored solutions to meet diverse customer needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Manage the full sales cycle — from cold calling, canvassing and handling enquiries, to conducting presentations, preparing quotations, closing deals, and ensuring excellent after-sales support.

·       Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

·       Oversee and coordinate projects after deal closure to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

·       Collaborate with internal departments such as technical and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and executed effectively.

·       Conduct site visits and meetings to assess requirements, verify measurements, and ensure alignment with project scope.

·       Follow up with clients on outstanding payments in a professional and timely manner.

·       Stay updated on market developments to identify trends and uncover new business opportunities.

·       Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

·       Submit weekly sales reports via our in-house SAP system.

·       Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

·       Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.

·       Prior experience in the building industry is preferred.

·       Existing network of architects and contractors is a strong advantage.

·       Proficient in both spoken and written English.

·       Previous sales experience preferred.

·       Possesses a valid Class 3 driving license and owns a vehicle.

·       Resilient and adaptable; able to work in challenging site environments.

·       Holds a strong belief in performance-based rewards: the more you do, the more you get.

Remuneration

The salary package listed includes basic salary + commission + incentives.
