Rotating Shifts (1-hour break): 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Night Shift (3-hour break): 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (For Male Staff)
Note: Night shift duties may involve physical tasks traditionally handled by male employees.
Job Description
Cook Food batch by batch
Make drinks using Cambro
Helping in Serving of Food
Area Cleaning
Assist Sous Chef/ Junior Sous Chef with the kitchen work
Preparation and cooking food according to assigned menus
Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
Ensure high standard of cleanliness and hygiene maintained in the kitchen at all times
Able to recognize what are the control forms
Provide quality service during serving
Collect food sample
Operate / record a hot holding cabinet and food warmers
Ensure daily operations is aligned to all company policies, procedures and maximum standards
Ensures daily cooking procedures are in accordance with Camp Cook House's (CCH) SOP
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of working experience in hot kitchen (preferred hotel / catering / buffet)
Able to work midnight shift from 8pm to 8am , permanently.
Able to drive lorry / van for to help send ration to distribution point. (min Class 3 license)
