Senior Warehouse Assistant (Senoko) - #1121407

The Senior Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading warehouse operations to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient movement of goods. This role oversees a team of warehouse staff, drives productivity, and upholds food safety and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods.

• Ensure accuracy of stock movement and documentation through proper inventory control and regular stock counts.

• Lead, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain performance, discipline, and compliance with company SOPs.

• Maintain housekeeping, cold room conditions, and equipment in accordance with food safety and hygiene requirements.

• Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams to support manufacturing schedules and delivery timelines.

• Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all safety, food hygiene, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse system

• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.

• Leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
