Key Responsibilities:
Handle foreign staff Work Pass applications and renewals.
Arrange 6-monthly medical checks for female Work Pass holders.
Coordinate staff onboarding & offboarding, including medicals, access cards, and account setups.
Maintain employee records and HR database.
Administer staff welfare, benefits, and training programs.
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and assist in policy updates.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of employment laws and HR policies.
Familiar with HR documentation and recruitment processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks.
HRIS knowledge is a plus.
