Administrative Executive – Utilities Data & Metering, Southeast - #1121386

Duration: 1 year, extendable/convertible

Working Location: Kallang Sector

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Duties

·         Perform daily operational duties for Manual and Remote reading related activities via the various meter reading and billing systems and following up with relevant parties to resolve daily operational issues

·         Perform User acceptance testing for meter reading and billing system changes and upgrade activities

·         Attend to enquiries via Case Activities, telephone and emails

·         Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

·         Diploma from a recognized institute

·         Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel

·         Possess good knowledge in SAP system would be advantageous

·         Able to work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment

·         Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

·         Meticulous and able to meet deadline
