Job Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

1.       Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating initial interviews.

2.       Facilitate the end-to-end hiring process and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

3.       Manage employee exit procedures, including clearance and exit interviews.

4.       Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and electronic files.

5.       Support work pass management and compliance with separation agreements and related processes.

6.       Assist in planning, organizing, and executing associate engagement events that promote a vibrant workplace culture.

7.       Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievance resolution.

8.       Support daily HR operations and administrative functions.

9.       Maintain positive working relationships across all levels to foster the desired corporate culture.

Operational Support & Standards:

10.    Support initiatives that ensure adherence to organizational policies and operational standards.

11.    Assist in internal reviews, audits, and process improvement initiatives.

12.    Contribute to continuous improvement in HR and operational processes.

General:

13.    Perform all duties in line with departmental policies and procedures and undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the manager
