Responsibilities:

• Attend onboard vessels for maintenance, inspection, repair, troubleshooting, and modification of systems.
• Manage and coordinate all field activities and maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions efficiently.
• Oversee technical improvements, repairs, and installation of new systems or technology.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all onsite equipment and tools.
• Supervise and guide technicians and engineers during service operations.
• Prepare detailed service reports including job progress, travel/work time, and technical recommendations.
• Provide technical support and training to customers, service agents, and internal teams.
• Arrange and dispatch necessary parts and drawings to agents.
• Maintain service tools in good condition to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Create manuals and support documents to share knowledge within the engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve service and performance goals.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams for improvement.
• Review maintenance lists and service reports to support sales and after-service activities.
• Perform all technician-related responsibilities and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Marine/Electrical/Mechanical or related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience.
• Able to travel frequently for overseas assignments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
