Ocean Freight Coordinator (Export) - $3200/ Jurong East/ 5 Days - #1121358

* Established MNC in the Freight Forwarding/ Logistics MNC
* Work Location: West/ 5 Days Week (Company Transport provided)
* Basic Salary up to $3200 + Fixed 13 Month AWS + Variable Bonus + Salary Increment

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle Ocean Export documentation and declarations (e.g. HB/L, MBL, manifest, pre-alerts), customs declaration, Trade-net operations. 
- Perform general shipping functions including system data entries.
- Coordinating and resolve shipment issues 
- Communicate efficiently with customers, shipping lines, transport team, trucking partners and overseas offices in order to ensure smooth pickup/ delivery of the shipments. 
- Ensure customer requirements are meet, customers are up to-date on their orders and documentation is accurate and precise. 
- Answering to customer's inquiries and handling customer's complaints.
- Liaise with ocean carriers and master co-loaders on shipment booking and checking on schedule, space and equipment availability
- Any other task assigned by the superior

Job Requirement:

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or higher educational qualification
- Has at least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in Ocean Export shipping from the Freight Forwarding industry
- Knowledge in freight forwarding, import & export procedure or permit declaration. 
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Willing to work OT if required.  
- Possess good analytical skills and team player. 
- Computer literate
