Responsibilities & Duties:
Provide technical expertise and support for planning and scheduling of maintenance activities covering both mechanical and electrical equipment in Fuels, TTLR and LOBP, VII operations.
Develop monthly and weekly preventive maintenance activities schedule based on masterplan, and daily coordinating with operation and contractors to adjust work priorities and sequences based on business need while ensure safe operations, regulatory compliance.
Review the inspection report to ensure work is carried out according to agreed scope based on maintenance checklist, act as gatekeeper to report to maintenance specialist if follow up action is required based on report findings.
Maintain complete/accurate documents of maintenance activities including maintenance master schedule, Work Order Summary , equipment registers, inspection report and job completion documents.
Respond to work order raised by operation team (average 2 per day), assess the site/equipment condition upon receive of work order to ensure the right priorities has been assigned to the work order according to equipment criticality, servility, and operational impact.
For the low priority work order under maintenance scheduler’s scope (high priority works order will be managed by maintenance specialist), determine the required action to execute the work order including determine what activities, sequence, procedures, tools and/or material are needed and determine feasibility of Work order, whether MOC process needs to be triggered and whether MSRA is required. Plan the execution within job risk assessment, permit to work and procurement requirement.
Communicate/coordinate with various stakeholders including operation team, maintenance team and HSE team on job completion/deferral/cancellation status.
Seek continuous optimization in efficiency, costs, work lead-time, asset downtime by clustering of Work orders, tools, resources.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process)
Experienced in maintenance/operation/planning in similar industry
Knowledge in using SAP CMMS system
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex equipment issues
Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles and practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Effective communication skills to interact with team members and external vendors.
Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently.
